Conversion Services Inc. has partnered with SecureNet for processing Internet transactions. The following features are included with our Virtual Terminal Software:

• Easy Integration: SecureNet can create all of the HTML codes needed to instantly integrate your web site into the SecureNet Platform.
  
• Customizable: Most aspects of SecureNet's Gateway Platform can be customized to reflect the look and feel you desire for your web site.
  
• Real-Time Transaction Response: SecureNet instantly issues a transaction response to the customer and the merchant showing if the credit card is declined or approved.
  
• Automated E-Mail Response: SecureNet can be set to automatically issue an e-mail to the customer and/or the merchant displaying their purchase information, including shipping, billing information, shipping method and prices.
  
• Stable and Secure: SecureNet processes all transactions and stores all merchant and customer information behind a 128-bit SSL connection. SecureNet also utilizes VISA/MasterCard approved encryption protocols.
  
• Fraud Prevention: SecureNet automatically requires and enables AVS(Address Verification Service) and CVV2 protection for all transactions. By requiring this information, the chances of chargeback related fraud is minimized.
  
• Web-Based Administration: SecureNet provides web-based gateway administration providing instant transaction reporting, form customization screens, HTML form code creation, and more.
  
• Web-Based Virtual Terminal: SecureNet provides a web-based virtual terminal to process non-website orders.
  
• Integrates Shopping Cart: SecureNet allows the user to use an integrated shopping cart system called SecureCart. This system is provided for merchants who are new to the web and do not wish to purchase a third-party e-commerce shopping cart software package.
  
• Shipping and Tax Calculation: SecureNet provides automated tax calculations and shipping costs based on the customers shipping information and shipping preference. At this time, only UPS rates are integrated into this program.
  
• Real-Time Transaction Reports: Within the web-based administration, the merchant's transactions are searchable. Detailed transaction reports providing the merchant with transaction information including shipping services, separate costs making up the total transaction amount, and detailed order information.
